Legal aid priorities consist of four main areas: access to safe and affordable housing; protection from domestic violence; Economic justice; and consumer rights.
Legal aid does not have the means to ensure broad representation in all possible cases. Our staff may offer advice, short-term services and referrals to any eligible candidate, including the types of cases that are not considered for extended representation.
