We have the largest specialist in-house legal department of any trade union or professional body in the UK. Together, we advise and represent over 2,000 members each year on a variety of work-related issues and provide a comprehensive advocacy service should they be unfortunate enough to be referred to their professional regulatory body, the Council of Nurses and Midwives (NMC). In addition, you can provide legal advice on all aspects of health care, particularly with respect to foster care, and provide regular legal training and updates to many of our 435,000 members and other RDoC staff.
